After four months from the return of the Road Trip in Europe I decide to leave alone, this time however leaving the European community to begin a journey where I will see different countries with different cultures, the first country among these is a country that has always attracted me, after several hours of flight here I am in Nepal

I land at Kathmandu airport and I will spend just over a week there to visit the temples and stroll around the city. Being my first time in Asia, I have to admit that the first impact with these people was quite strong.

I had never heard so many horns and traffic like in Asia. The first few days weren't easy, but after they passed I started to fully experience the country and I must say it's phenomenal!

From Kathmandu by bus I headed to Pokhara, a short journey of only eight hours on a local bus. During a stop on the way I also saw the first Nepalese bridge

After a few days spent in Pokhara, a girl in the hostel advised me to go to a place where it is possible to swim in a river and so, accompanied by another boy I met a few hours earlier in the hostel, we headed there.

After a walk of just over an hour we arrived at the river and upon our arrival there were buffaloes cooling off on that hot Nepalese day.

We went up the river for a few hundred meters and immediately dived in for a swim, on one bank of the river there are also some refreshing waterfalls. There in the river there were many locals, especially young boys who washed their clothes, we interacted with them and we also gave them a hand to do the laundry (find the video on my social networks)

In the evening, while walking along the shore of the Pokhara lake, we stopped to drink a Masala Chai (a typical Indian drink made up of milk, tea and many spices). Around the fire where a boy was preparing the Chai there were two other boys who were also waiting for the drink. We started chatting and after a few minutes one of the two boys invited us to the wedding of a relative of his the next day, and what do you do you say no?

How well the Nepalese have treated us; really hospitable, kind and friendly people. We attended the long ceremony, ate delicious Nepalese food at the buffet and danced all together for some time

After the celebrations I decide to go trekking in the Nepalese mountains and so I take a bus to leave the city and start the walk. How many cultivated terraces, the farmers who worked with the buffaloes that pull the plow and many ladies with large wicker baskets full of vegetables

One morning I arrived in a small village that must have had about fifty inhabitants and the curious children immediately came to welcome me

The following day it rained , and quite a lot I would say . With the rain many leeches came out and in the evening when I took off my boots I noticed it

There in the mountains and between the villages the people are wonderful, everyone who greets and is willing to help you, even just to give you some water to cool off. I spent the nights in a tent, the view here in this village overlooks a large valley and if the morning is not cloudy you can see Annapurna and other large and majestic mountains

After the trek I returned to Pokhara to pick up the bus that would take me back to Kathmandu, this time the bus was eleven hours. Once in Kathmandu I went to see other temples and parts of the city that I had not seen before. After a few days I went aboard a local taxi, driving quite recklessly, at Kathmandu airport and there waiting for me was the plane that took me to India, to the chaotic city of New Delhi.
